Returning rental equipment

To ensure that your rented equipment arrives safely, please follow these steps:

  1. Secure the equipment: Pack the panel with care, e.g. with bubble wrap or in a sturdy cardboard box.

  2. Address: Send the package to

  3. Provide your customer number: Enclose the return form or a note with your customer number (found on the invoice or delivery note).

  1. Labelling: Label the outside of the package with ‘Returned rental equipment’. This helps us to process the return more quickly.

Once we have received and checked the rental equipment, your order will be completed – after that, there will be no further costs.
