Personal data configuration
In the settings under the tab Personal data, you can configure the personal data, that is stored for the test takers.
Date of birth
On the top, you can choose the format in which the respondent’s date of birth is shown. You have the option to either show the Full date or simply the Year of birth.
Personal field configuration
Below, in the Personal field configuration, you can create custom fields to store extra information about the test takers. These fields can be added, edited, or removed at any time and will be available when creating or updating a person.
To create a custom field, click on the Add or remove symbol on the bottom left. After doing that, the Personal fields tab opens. Here you can see a list of various field names.
Default fields
The mandatory fields on the top such as First name, Last name or Date of birth are required by the system and are automatically selected
Below, you can find various optional fields such as Scoring languare, Native language or Marital status. You can either select a single field by ticking the box
Custom fields
Below the already existing fields, you can create new custom fields by clicking on Create personal field. Here you can choose a name for the new field by entering the Field name. Below, you can choose between various field formats. The formats available are Text (up to 256 characters), a Picklist (a drop-down list with predefined selectable values, each up to 100 characters), a Picklist with new value options (where users can also enter new values), a Whole number, a Decimal number, a Date, or a Yes/No value.
Below, you have the option to map the custom field to a placeholder in your Word report template. To do that, enter a number (0 - 99) in the field ID for Word report template.
Finishing field configuration
To save your newly created custom field and your personal field selections, click the Save button on the bottom right of the Custom field window and after that the Confirm button in the Personal fields window.
After doing that, the Personal fields window closes and you get back to the Personal field configuration. Here, you can change the order of custom fields using drag-and-drop
After you’re finished with the Personal field configuration, you can save your changes by clicking the Save button on the bottom right. If you don’t want to save your changes, click Discard changes.
